Hi, I’m Sunita Chauhan.

Founder of SNS Virtual Solutions, LLC

We are a U.S. Bookkeeping firm specializing in Cleanup, catch-up, and ongoing bookkeeping for service-based businesses.

I help small business owners like you take control of your finances, ensuring your books are organized, and tax-ready so you can focus on running your busines with confidence.

I specialize in cleanup, catch-up, and monthly bookkeeping for small business owners who feel behind, overwhelmed, or unsure if their numbers are accurate.

My background is rooted in real business experience. I was part of a family-owned company that grew from just 3 employees to over 130 before it was successfully sold to an established firm. That journey gave me firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face—especially the importance of having accurate, timely financials to make confident decisions.

I also bring experience as a systems analyst, which means I don’t just “do bookkeeping”—I create efficient, structured systems that keep your books organized and prevent issues from recurring.

Today, I also work closely with small business owners as a mentor, helping them understand their numbers, stay tax-ready, and feel in control of their finances.

I’ve completed hundreds of cleanups across service-based and real estate businesses, often uncovering issues like duplicate income, unreconciled accounts, and miscategorized transactions that impact financial clarity.

End result: Clean, accurate, tax-ready books—without the stress.

With an MBA and being just four courses away from completing a Master’s in Accounting, I combine deep financial expertise with real-world business experience to make bookkeeping simple and stress-free.

Working Together Is Easy

1. Discovery Call: We’ll start with a discovery call to understand your business and identify your needs.

2. QuickBooks Setup, Cleanup, or Catchup: If you don’t already have an account, we’ll set up your new QuickBooks account together If you have an existing QuickBooks account, I’ll catch up on any bookkeeping that has fallen behind or needs to be cleaned up.

3. Hands-On Sessions: Once your books are organized, you’ll gain valuable insights into your business performance during our hands-on Zoom sessions, complete with a session summary and recording for future reference enabling you to make informed decisions and save time during tax season.
